A new initiative has been launched by peace organizations, inviting church leaders to make a strong stand for peace.

The Pledge for Peace is a document that challenges leaders to live out their commitments as peacemakers in concrete ways.

Presbyterians Talk Torture

Fifty Presbyterians (and one Quaker) gathered at Columbia Seminary from February 3 - 5 for a consultation titled "Terror, Torture and Security: Theological Considerations for Tomorrow's Leaders."

Rick Ufford-Chase featured on Chicago TV

Rick delivers a sermon on following Jesus in times of fear and is interviewed regarding his experiences as Moderator of the General Assembly of the PC(USA), his work on the US-Mexico border, and his experience living in an intentional community in Tucson, Arizona.
