Meet the Hosts
Rev. Ben Fitzgerald-Fye
Rev. Annica Gage
Rev. Ben Fitzgerald-Fye is a Presbyterian Minister, spiritual director, and hospice chaplain who lives in the Finger Lakes region of NY with his spouse and four cats. A former atheist turned Benedictine Presbyterian (yes, that’s a thing), Ben approaches faith both critically and compassionately, dedicated to Christ’s call for justice and peace. His work centers on nonviolence and shaping a church that reflects the ever-expanding, inclusive community of God. Ben loves horror movies, Presbyterian polity, opera, Natalie Merchant’s music, being an uncle, studying Benedictine spirituality, and theater. He holds an M.Div. from the University of Dubuque Theological Seminary and a BA in theater from Seton Hill College.
Rev. Annica Gage is a Presbyterian minister, a recovering lit major, and an Aquarius rising who serves as the Co-moderator of the Presbyterian Peace Fellowship and the Campus Chaplain at Louisville Seminary. As a child of the evangelical church and a family with deep ties to military culture, Annica finds both refuge and challenge in peacemaking, continually reflecting, re-learning, and reiterating what it means to follow the Prince of Peace. When not on campus or in the pulpit, she can be found competing in pub trivia, reading graphic novels, or enjoying live theater and concerts. She lives in Louisville with her spouse and their two cats.
